FaxPress Premier Server Directory

FaxPress Premier system files, as well as user and job databases, are stored in the C:\Castelle directory of the FaxPress Premier’s Embedded Windows operating system.

There is no need to access the Premier server directory unless specifically directed by Castelle technical support or the Administrator Guide. FaxPress Plus or the Premier Web Interface can be used for all routine administrative procedures, such as starting and stopping services, etc.
